Overview
Every new white-label casino project needed a full set of graphics — key character, background, decorative elements, icons, jackpot visuals, promo banners, format adaptations, seasonal variants. Doing this by hand, project after project, repeated the same manual steps every time. I designed a repeatable AI-assisted production system that transforms a client brief and moodboard into consistent batches of production-ready graphics — not a collection of AI-generated images, and not a ComfyUI tutorial.
Business Context
White-label casino production runs several brands in parallel, needs new visual directions frequently, and produces large volumes of promotional graphics across many ratios and channels — all strongly dependent on source-graphic quality.
The challenge was not generating one impressive image. It was producing coherent asset families that could be reliably assembled into multiple casino experiences.
The Existing Production Flow
Main bottlenecks: inconsistent style, repeated setup work, unpredictable outputs, manual file management, difficult reproduction, unclear quality criteria, and knowledge tied to individual designers rather than the team.

return to batch
The agent does not “make an image.” It translates a production command into a controlled graph, pauses for human selection, then returns a named, traceable asset package.
ComfyUI is positioned as a production engine here, not the whole creative process — closer to how Moment Factory used batching to explore 20+ visual directions, or how Series Entertainment frames its pipeline as Story → ComfyUI generation → Assembly.
Configurable Controls
Not the full technical graph — a simplified control layer so a designer understands what they control without reading every node.

One Detailed Scenario
Batch Generation & the Quality Funnel
Batch generation is not the outcome — it's a way to explore a design space, test the workflow's limits, compare controlled directions, and reduce repetitive execution.
Human-in-the-Loop, Quality & Governance
Initial variations, repetitive prompt execution, batch rendering, controlled transformations, format prep, upscale, file export.
Art direction, visual taste, brand fit, composition, storytelling, final selection, retouching decisions, quality approval, ethical and legal review.
AI accelerates repeatable production steps. Designers remain responsible for direction, judgement and final quality.
Risk review covers logos and trademarks, copyrighted characters, sensitive content, stereotypes, client confidentiality, inappropriate gambling imagery, model and asset licensing. Governance rules: no sensitive or confidential inputs, no client personal data, approved models and custom nodes only, dependency tracking, version control, and a clear answer to who can publish production outputs.
From ComfyUI to Figma
One asset family applied to desktop hero, mobile banner, square promo, CRM visual and social format — proving the workflow produces usable production assets, not just attractive isolated images.
Before / After — the Production System

- Knowledge stored in individuals
After
- Configurable inputs
- Reusable workflows
- Consistent processing
- Batch variations
- Documented quality gates
- Shared team knowledge
What Did Not Work
- Characters changed subtly between images in the same batch
- Style broke when composition changed too much
- ControlNet sometimes constrained outputs too strongly
- Characters and backgrounds often needed different models
- Larger batches produced more options, not automatically better quality
- Upscale sometimes amplified existing artefacts
- Custom nodes created real dependency risk
- One large graph was hard for new team members to learn
Roadmap
Reflection
The hard part was rarely the generation itself — it was deciding which parts of the process deserved to become a permanent, shared module versus which needed to stay a designer's judgement call. Breaking one huge graph into smaller modules mattered more than any single prompt trick.
What I'd want to measure next: time from brief to first viable direction, usable-output rate, and how often the workflow actually gets reused across projects versus quietly abandoned for the old manual process the first time it's inconvenient.
